Dear Mehtap,

thank you for your kind words and for reaching out to me.
The purpose of my work, honestly for me, is to share my feelings and impressions with others.
If others recognize their own feelings and impressions in my work, it gives me the feeling of being less solitary and gives me a sense of connection.

About my installation (…) I can add (which is a recurring method in my installations)

that I try to exchange the positions between viewer and artwork.

Instead of the viewer moving freely around exposed objects, the artwork surrounds the viewer and defines his or her possibilities.

This is an objectification of the viewer which throws him or herself back to the very own immediate impressions caused through challenging the perception of the most conventional circumstances.
