Acousmatic massage is freely inspired by music therapy and haptonomy, two new therapeutic practices. Combining those practices, I provide an introspective and captivating moment of relaxation. The session takes place in low light, the body lying down, eyes closed, for one hour. Sound effects are performed only by manipulating objects of different kinds without additional recordings. Tactile sensations are produced with fabrics, blankets or all kinds of soft or sensual objects placed on the body.
